Layers of clean, dry malt, overlaid with heavy roast, make this a complex, chocolate, bitter, malt-focused interpretation. Early additions of Fuggles and EKG bring the clean spice and a touch of the streets. The romantic overture of drinkability, dryness and a malt bitter finish keep things realistic and reiterate that it’s about the journey, not the destination.
