Wolf Of The Willows Latitude 37.8 West Coast IPA 440ml Can

From San Francisco to Melbourne the love of true West Coast IPA's runs deep. So deep in fact that we share the same latitude, just in different hemispheres. Latitude 37.8 West Coast IPA is a celebration of old brewing mates Scotty from Wolf, and Andy from Original Pattern crossing the ocean to share their mutual love of dank, tropical West Coast IPAs. This is a true intercontinental Brewing collaboration where the two brewers brew the same beer at each brewery together. Andy traveled to Mordialloc, Melbourne in late December to brew the Australian batch of Latitude 37.8, whilst our man Scotty returned with Andy to Oakland, San Francisco in the U.S. to brew the American version in early January. Made with one of our favourite Australian hops, Eclipse, and a yet-to-be-named experimental U.S. hop, (Currently labelled HBC 586), which is already well known for its Mango, guava, lychee, citrus, and herbal notes. Plenty of citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruits, pine, and a hint of that dankness that the west coast of the US is so well known for.
