Wildflower Field Work: Manuka Blossom 750ml

Made with a variety of yeasts and bacteria that were gathered from Manuka blossoms that a friend in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales gave to us. Former wine oak barrels were used for 9 months. Strong, gold-like nose with citrus notes of yellow and orange. Oak combines with soft vanilla and resinous pollen. Lemon barley, lemon soda, and bitter lemon are tight and vibrant. Pleasant length is provided by moreish acidity and phenolic bitterness.
