Beware the umami monster! We have infused dozens of oysters & mussels from Bruny Island and Freycinet Marine Farm in a rich, dark, bitter black ale. Sparged with salty sea water & lavished with fresh seaweed then matured in oak barrels for 5 years. A blend of 2 brews from 2018 & 2019. Initiating the concept of beverage-as-seasoning, we present this rich, ink black, velvet glove of texture & exotic, briny complexity.
