A smooth but powerful stout, aged for 12 months in ex-Rye Whiskey barrels. Our 2023 Skeleton Crew Oyster Stout created a rich and silky base - with a salty and savoury mineral character. The Whiskey barrels balance biscuity, fresh coffee flavours with notes of spicy grains and sweet oak.
