This fresh twist on CCC is influenced by the pleasant, endearing Mexican Mole. In order to create a variety of delicious flavours, we chose to use the Ancho, Pasilla, and Guajilla varieties of chillies. Additional mole layers include the smoky, cinnamon-tinged Amburana aromas, the delicate nutmeg, and the sumptuous vanilla. Although we don't have a barrel aged beer in this year's selection, this brew undoubtedly shares some of the sensibilities because we're also employing an experimental hop called HBC472, which is noted for its vanilla and barrel aged taste.
