Sailors Grave Chinotto Birra 355ml Can

Inspired by the cult Italian soda Chinotto. Over two weeks we brined the Chinotto oranges in seawater and brown sugar, then candied them into a syrup with cassia bark. Blended into a sweet/tangy malt base, this is the Dean Martin of beers, crooning the bittersweet notes of a golden era.
