We made our Cold IPA to celebrate our 5th birthday! It’s brewed like a lager and fermented like an IPA. The result is a crisp, clean body with a medium bitter finish. This style is about letting the hops shine, so we’ve used Eclipse, Idaho 7 and Galaxy for fresh tropical fruit notes and bold aromas of sweet mandarin and fresh pine needles. Big Love.
