Barrel-Aged Sour Red Ale on Cherries. After 24 months aging in Pinot Noir Barrels, Quarantine Sour Red aged a further 12 months on a mix of locally sourced sour and sweet cherries. This mixed fermentation beer delivers aromas of tart cherries, with a vinous complexity of strawberry jam balanced by a delicate acidity.
