This time we've got Jacket's and Vinnie's IPAs. We've used the Norwegian super yeast Kveik to create a West Coast and a Hazy East Coast version so that punters can enjoy exploring and comparing the different styles.
Jacket's IPA is bursting with hops and has a strong tropical fruit character with great clarity. In contrast, Vinnie's IPA lets the orange esters from the Kveik yeast come through, has an overall 'fruit-salad' flavour and an insane level of haze!
