Big classic flavours of citrus, floral pine and resin coming from classic pa- cific north western hops Cascade, Centennial and chinook while Aussie favourite Galaxy runs around the outside throwing in tropical new world flavours. This beer has balanced malt backbone but was fermented dry which is accentuated by a clean whack of bitterness from 85IBU. An IPA that is an homage to the peo- ple who refined the big modern IPA like Sierra Nevada and Russian River.
