You owe your attractive name to Nelson Sauvin the quintessential New Zealand hops variety which gives you your fruity/dry character, making for a smooth finish and a gratifying drink. You are a Pils, yet surprisingly different and pleasantly refreshing on hot days. There’s also a bit of Hallertau Blanc in you, the aromatic German hops, which ensures a lingering floral aroma and evokes notes of a white wine bouquet. You can even adorn yourself with the great prodigy of the new hop variety Hallertau Callista, endowing you with the discrete aroma of sweet fruits and red berries, and emphasizes your distinctive taste.
