Paradoxe is a naturally soured Farmhouse Ale that was soured at our brewery utilising indigenous airborne wild bacteria, which gives this wonderfully refreshing ale a natural acidity. Dry hopping with tropical New Zealand grown hops imparts wine-like characteristics, while natural fermentation with our House Yeast provides a familiar continuity with the rest of our craft ales. White wine aromatics and citrusy/pineapple flavours might be expected. Classic of the Southern Hemisphere!
