SPRING VALLEY Hojun 496 is made with five types of hops and 1.5 times as much malt as other Kirin beers. In addition to our usual malt, this beer is made with a special malt roasted with the perfect composition to eliminate the bitterness. A delicious, full-bodied beer with an inviting color.

Infusion mash is used for the saccharification process. In this method, the temperature of the entire mixture is gradually increased, producing beers that are lighter than their counterparts.
