Sour wild ale aged in our foeder with wild yeasts.

By only removing a fraction of a foeder�s contents, each release keeps our Solera projects alive and ever-evolving as new layers of age and complexity are added to the overall blend. Solera Golden Ale is dry hopped to give it a bright, tropical finish. We pulled this from our Foeder tank named Ophion.
