The Phoenix is brewed with a complex malt and hop bill, its character will develop with cellaring at a constant temperature. The Phoenix has never seen the touch of barrels until this moment. For our 18th birthday beer pack we decided to barrel age the Phoenix for the first time ever. A special milestone deserves special treatment. This unique beer is barrel aged in Moscatel barrels to create further complexity.
