Starting with a selection of our Lil Opal Saison barrels that had been ageing for 18 to 31 months, we then blended in over 10,000 pounds of "Blue Crop" blueberries from Washington state. These berries brought with them massive blueberry aroma and flavor, which is balanced by soft acidity and easy drinkability.
