Equilibrium Taba Enigma Farmhouse IPA 375ml

TABA Enigma is a Farmhouse IPA that has been dry hopped with Enigma hops. TABA is a revolving series that examines the relationship between hopS and our There and Back Again cultures. This Farmhouse IPA was created in collaboration with Dr. Jason Rodriguez, one of our dearest friends. We've been working hard behind the scenes to develop a repeatable technique for making a beautiful and elegant farmhouse ale that's dry, somewhat tart, flavourful, and easy to drink. Over the years, the interaction of our slow souring process, its microbes, hops, bitterness, gravity management, and minerality has gone through numerous modifications. We fermented our There and Back Again cultures for several months before dry hopping them with Enigma. We then bottle-conditioned it for several months before releasing it. It pours a vivid golden yellow with smells and flavours of tropical citrus, lime, bandaid funk, pinot gris, earthy berry, white grape, and lime, all tempered by a crisp acidity. This beer is unfiltered, unpasteurised, and naturally carbonated, and if properly cellared, it will continue to evolve over time.
