Little IPA. There is now a new hop product available which is the other part of the Lupulin Powder process. It is the non-lupulin part of the hop, it is referred to as debittered leaf. It means you can use lots of hops when making lower alcohol beers without the bitterness getting too high or astringent from dry hopping. In this beer we have the Citra Noble hop as debittered leaf in the dry hop.
