Dingle Core 'Samhain' Irish Whiskey 700ml

'Samhain,' released in late 2022, is the first in Dingle's Wheel of the Year series of limited-edition whiskies. Samhain, one of the four major seasonal fire celebrations, marks the onset of winter and the Celtic new year, and is called after the belief in the purifying properties of fire. Traditionally, Samhain began after sundown with tall bonfires set ablaze in pairs and animals herded between them, thinking that the smoke had purifying powers. The beverage is aged in first-fill Bourbon casks for two years before finishing in first-fill Muscatel casks for another two years. There are 10,000 bottles available.
