Barrel Aged Projects is a labour of love and passion from our brewers. This slightly soured brown ale is our first iteration of our this new series that highlights complex flavours and advanced brewing techniques used by our brewers. Fermented with an array of mixed cultures, this precise blend of dark and pale beer has been aged for over 24 months in Chardonnay French Oak barrels.
