A kettle sour showing a mouthwatering combination of sour cherry, cola & citrus.
A clean kettle sour that was macerated with 800kg of fresh, sour cherries. We then passed it through our hopback which was chockablock full of 400 sliced lemons, oranges & limes, 3kg of black cherry tea and our home made cola spice which consisted of lavender, coriander seed, star anise, vanilla pods & cinnamon sticks. Then finally in the fermentation tank we threw in some more lemons & more of that delicious cola spice.
