Boatrocker Jeepers Creepers TDH SNEIPA 375ml Can

Our entry into the Hop Quest 2019 beer challenge saw many entries from some of Australia�s best breweries. IIPA�s, NEIPA�s, IPA�s, Milkshake IPA�s etc. Our take on it was to do something sour, as that is an area of brewing we know extremely well. The result was a triple dry hopped kettle soured NEIPA � TDH SNEIPA.

Why triple dry hopping? It allows us to achieve a more permanent haze, as well as providing that lush, juicy, aroma and flavour.

Why sour? Our kettle sour process provides a distinct citrus note, which we felt would complement the juicy character of this beer.

Our selection of hops were also chosen to provide a wonderful juicy character - Wakatu, Galaxy, Enigma and Taiheke. This beer won the champion beer of Hop Quest 2019.
