Can you put too much mango in a beer? An important question in 2020 craft beer circles... and it turns out that yes you can. Last year we first attempted to brew Dum Dum and things did not go to plan.The brewers are back with a vengeance and have damn well nailed it this time! A whole heap of Kensington’s finest Mango (Total of 150kg working out at 110g of mango per litre of beer!!!) in a delightful Hazy IPA. Hopped heavily with Sabro, Amarillo and Azacca hops at 15g per litre. Kensington’s finest juice in with Braeside’s finest haze.
