Polar Beer is a brisk, tropical IPA with a classic lager fermentation making it just a little crisper. We’ve made two batches of this new style of IPA. This first batch is our Sour Cold IPA with Kiwi.
New Zealand Motueka hops are on the top of the ice cap for this brew, with bright lemon-lime flavours alongside soft tropical fruit notes that emphasise the kiwi fruit, making this Cold IPA a refreshing kaleidoscope of flavour.
