This is a strawberries and cream sour made with berries grown right here in Torquay, at the Surf Coast Strawberry Fields. Freshly picked in the morning by our epic Blackman’s team, then thrown into the beer tank on the same afternoon. Expect a sweet, strawberry sorbet tang and light sourness.
