This hop combo was chosen in collaboration with the team at Mr West - Bar & Bottle Shop, Footscray. Centennial, Simcoe and Citra hops, in huge amounts both in the brewhouse and fermenter!

Fermented in the new Cold IPA style with Lager yeast at a warmer temperature, giving a clean, dry finish, emphasising a punchy hop character.
