An American IPA with a rounded malt character and a resinous hop profile. Mosaic & Citra hops bring out a pineapple and stonefruit aroma, complemented by the citrus spice of NZ Motueka. Pleasant but assertive bitterness on the palate, balancing out a light toffee malt character. Malts – Pale malt, Victory malt, medium crystal, caramunich, rolled barley Hops – Magnum, Mosaic, Citra, Motueka Hop bitterness – High (50 IBU) Hop aroma – High (6g/L) Colour – Copper (20 EBC) Drinkability – Moderate.
