A hybrid farmhouse-style red ale, FARMHOUSE RED has been naturally soured by our own wild bacteria that live inside the brewery's walls. This organic bacterial contribution, along with a substantial malt profile and time spent ageing in fine French oak barrels, creates a palate that is both smooth and nuanced because to the balance of malt sweetness and natural acidity. In addition to this, we gave it a dynamic refreshment with a sense of location and season by fermenting it with fresh organic hibiscus entire flowers and rose petals cultivated in the renowned Byron Bay region of Australia.
