La Sir�ne Saisonette is a tribute to the original Saison producers in the Wallonia region of Southern Belgium is a low alcohol (3.8%) rustic Saison, produced in a true to style manner initially with a cloudy pale appearance and lively carbonation. Aromas of lemon rind, bitter orange and barnyard lead you to a rounded and soft yeast-driven mid-palate & finishes with a refreshing citrus bitterness.
