A true Imperial Stout, delicious and bitter with a pleasant round finish. 10.5% alcohol content, heartwarming on frigid winter evenings.
Brewed with our farm's greatest ingredients. Pilsner malt, oats, caramel, and chocolate malt contribute to the beer's rich, bitter flavour. We utilised Magnum and Cascade hops from our own farm, as well as chicory root, which is common in our region, as in our White Gold.
The beer is nearly black in colour with a firm, cream-colored head. It's a robust beer with roasted flavours. Chocolate, toffee, and coffee tastes are present, followed by a dry bitter aftertaste.
