Wouldn't this red IPA just be called IPA if it existed on Mars? In fact, why aren't IPAs blue and green on Earth? And, if that's the case, why don't we just call them IPAs if they're not red in this country?
This is a dialogue that may have taken place in a 1970s London bar after a Bowie concert and a few drinks. But, as with that conversion, we digress...
